Services for Schools

We make servicing easier for your office by keeping you informed. Here are just some of the ways we help you get started and stay up to date.

Get Started

  • We welcome all new FedLoan Servicing schools with an introductory email and phone call.
  • We dedicate a school representative for every sector—public, private, proprietary, and graduate and professional. This professional will be managing your school's account.
  • We reach out to all of your borrowers whose loan(s) we will be servicing.
Our sector-specific services make it simpler for you to help your students successfully repay their loans while keeping default rates low. Find out what we do for schools and, more specifically, for schools in your sector.
